7 Days to a Slimmer Waist

7 days for a slimmer waist, are you up for the challenge?

Okay, here are the things that you must CUT from your diet for 7 days!  It’s only 7 days, push yourself to do it.

DONT’S

  • NO SODA
  • NO BREAD
  • NO PASTA
  • NO SWEETS
  • NO ALCOHOL
  • NO RED MEAT

 

I know that seems like a lot of the things you like, but just remember why you are trying to do this challenge.  Look though some magazines until you see your dream body type.  Tear that page out the magazine and post it somewhere will you will be constantly reminded of the look you want.  Just remember, YOU GOT THIS!

Now here are a list of things you want to make sure you incorporate into your daily routine.

DO’S

  • One glass of orange juice
  • 6 bottles of water
  • fruits/vegetables (preferably fresh & definitely not canned)
  • 30 minutes of working out

Now that you’ve made it 7 days…  how much longer do you think you can continue with this healthy lifestyle?
