Akron woman attacked after leaving bar!

According to the Akron Beacon Journal a woman was attached this weekend while leaving a local bar on Akron North side. Here’s what the report said

“A woman told Akron police she was punched multiple times and knocked to the ground by a group of four men who took her keys, wallet and an unknown amount of cash Wednesday night in the North Hill neighborhood.

The 38-year-old woman said the men assaulted her after she left the Northside Tavern, 956 N. Howard St., around 8:20 p.m.

Her wallet contained a credit card.

The woman’s face, hand and leg were injured in the attack. She was taken to Summa Akron City Hospital in a private vehicle.

No descriptions of the attackers were provided, Akron police said.”

Christmas season is here and unfortunately this is the time when crime goes up. People are out shopping and muggers see woman as a target. Remember to leave in groups. Always pay attention to your surroundings. If possible have someone walk you to your car. Carry maze, Tazzor and if possible get your CCW license. We have to protect ourselves especially since Ohio is one of the top states for human sex trafficking!
