Are We Really Controlling The Weather

Humans have been trying to control the weather for a very long time.  Cultures from all over the world have worshiped rain-granting deities, did dances to make the rain come and our sci-fi villains have been obsessed with floods and droughts.  But in the modern era, we no longer have use for the old water gods.  We’ve got the technology, finally, to make the clouds do our bidding.

Are there really machines out there that are able to manipulate the weather?  I’ve always had my conspiracy theories, but I came across a video of just that.  The machine is literally forming a huge rain cloud & it rained an hour later.
