A principal and a teacher are on administrative leave after allowing one of their students to wear an Adolf Hitler costume to march in their annual Halloween parade.
The only photo obtained (shown below) has all the faces of the children blurred out, but you can clearly see the long sleeve shirt with the swastika armband on the sleeve, and it was reported that he was also wearing a thick black mustache.
“The Davis School District apologizes for what took place yesterday. It does not tolerate speech, images or conduct that portray or promote hate in any form. The district is taking the matter very seriously and is investigating every aspect of the situation. The principal and teacher have been placed on paid administrative leave,” a statement from the Davis School District said.
