The woman was initially declared dead the day before by the paramedics who responded to a call for an unresponsive female. The chief of the Southfield Fire Department also confirmed the woman was not breathing when they arrived at her home.
“The paramedics performed CPR and other life-reviving methods for 30 minutes. Given medical readings and the condition of the patient, it was determined at that time she did not have signs of life.”~Chief Johnny L Menifee
The woman was taken to the Sinai-Grace Hospital in Detroit, but the hospital officials declined to release any information or give any updates.
