Job and Family Services is Shut Down

ODJFS is unavailable due to a scheduled system update, Benefits.Ohio.gov will be unavailable from 6 p.m. Aug. 22 through 6 a.m. Aug. 28. County JFS agencies will accept paper applications for TANF, SNAP and Medicaid during this time. This is a statewide update to their eligibility system.  The phone lines will also be down and there will be a repeated message to let you know they are unavailable.
