There’s a new diet/ fat burning soup trending on social media called “No Noodle Chicken Soup” which is said to help you shred off the weight fast. Facebook user Alley Berry originally posted the recipe, then Ray Monae reposted it after trying it for two weeks and losing over 10 pounds. She claims she lost 7 pounds in her first week and 5 pounds in her second week.

If additional flavor is needed, you can add a garlic powder and a chicken flavored bouillon cube (or two), but do not add any additional salt.
