Unfit mother? Nipsey Hussle sister wins custody of his daughter

May 20 a court ruled in favor of Samantha Smith, Nipsey’s sister custody of his daughter. Nipsey’s daughter has been living with her aunt since the passing of her father. May he Rest In Peace.

Prior to his unexpected death Nipsey had custody of his older daughter from a previous relationship with Tanisha Asghedom. The mother of Nipsey Hussle’s daughter, Emani.

I have a video from TMZ (big s/o to them) of Tanisha Asghedom leaving the courthouse “Pissed Off”. Legal issues is the reason Tanisha lost custody of her daughter. She has prior DUI’s and is rumored to have a warrant for her arrest now!

Nipsey’s family feels she is an unfit mother but Is willing to work with her on visitation. I’m a mother so I won’t place my comment but what do you guys think? Should she be allowed full or even joint custody of her child? Should someone pass determin how a person is now? Maybe she changed for the better either way I’ll keep you posted.
