Vitiligo is defined as a disease that causes the loss of skin color in blotches and occurs when pigment-producing cells die or stop functioning. The internet and doctors will tell you although there is treatment for vitiligo, there is no cure.
I’m sure Instagram user @jamgr8 would truly beg to differ with the claims of there being no cure for vitiligo.
@Jamgr8’s entire body was covered in light patches. She suffered from vitiligo for 16 years before her color started coming back all over her body.
She credits her healing to her vegan/ plant based diet, as well as always remaining positive no matter what was happening around her. This story was so inspirational to me!
@Jamgr8 spoke about how some of her light patches have been coming back because she has been a little stressed (as she is a new mommy), and she’s had a few setback with her diet. We just want to encourage her to keep going & to keep being the light the world needs to see.
If you are looking for a good way to start with going vegan and learning about the plant based lifestyle, I would suggest you do some research on >>> Dr. Sebi. He was a man from Honduras who healed almost every disease you can imagine with plant based food.
One of the main products Dr. Sebi promoted was #Seamoss, which contains 92/100 minerals your body is made of. Sea moss is a great way to transition into veganism. If you are looking for a reputable Seamoss dealer… >>>Check out The Kandy Shoppe.
